Ta-Da! The picture of the REAL IMBB muffins
They were good - damn good. I did end up using almost a full cup of cheese, and increasing the milk by 2 tbsp (reflected in the recipe now).
I would serve these for brunch with scrambled eggs & sausage, or in a breadbasket with a few other types of breads at dinner.

Fatemeh, the muffins sound great and your photo looks beautiful...well done!

Thanks, Moira! Though, I have only my hubby to thank for the photo. The pretty pictures on my site are all his work.

YEAH !!
Give yer hubby a squeeze. That's some nice lookin' action. That's the kind of shootin' that gets you paid.
But then, sure is nice to taste the muffins too. You bet.

Big - yeah, he's super-talented. I'm lucky to have my very own shooter... he gets paid. In food.
Emily - they were really yummy. My boss didn't care for them as a breakfast item, but more as a "dinner bread". I think they'd make a great breakfast sandwhich with a sausage patty.
