Paper Chef Deadline extension

Owen at Tomatilla has just announced that you have until 7pm PST tonight to post your recipe for this month's Paper Chef.

This is going to be a really tough one to judge because already, I've seen some fabulously creative dishes. I might have to bestow a couple extra honorable mentions since I just don't know how I'll choose!
