I love you guys

I just wanted to post really quick to let you all know how great I think it is that we've been able to have this discussion about what is usually a rather volatile topic, without anyone getting hurt or defensive or otherwise negatively affected.

It's one of the things I adore about this community, and I am so proud to say I'm a part of it!

It's been really interesting to see the conversations coming out of Blogher...in some ways this is a big part of why I attended, the value is more than just 'being there' but also being challenged to get out of our daily routine and have intelligent thoughtful discussions. While there are definitely things I wasn't happy about at the event I feel more energized and excited than I have in years.

One of the Blogher co-founders posted some recaps of her thoughts on all the responses...including one focusing on personal themes and another on money and sponsorship as well.

There's also an interesting critique on criticism regarding BH.
